After placing your order on ThriftBig, you’ll first receive a confirmation email letting you know we’re processing your order. Once your order is processed and the item is secured for pickup, you’ll receive a second email titled “Ready for Pickup” from the ThriftBig team. Please pick up your item the same day. If the item is not picked up by the end of business day, your order may be canceled, and the item could be placed back on sale.
Yes, we will issue a full refund, including the service fee, if there’s a major discrepancy between the item and its listed pictures. i.e. if the item received is demonstrably different from the item pictured. Discrepancies in titles, descriptions, dimensions, or other listing text, as well as the differences in color or appearance due to lighting or photographic effects and normal wear and tear (expected in secondhand items) are NOT grounds for return and refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
In rare cases, items may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll notify you and will immediately issue a full refund.
If the item is significantly different from the pictures provided in the listing, you may initiate a return and refund process with ThriftBig. In this case, we will refund the cost of the item. However, the service fee is non-refundable as it covers the sourcing, locating, and securing of the item for you. Discrepancies in titles, descriptions, dimensions, or other listing text are not grounds for returns. Return and refund may be approved only if the item received is demonstrably different from the item pictured (e.g., it is a different product or significantly damaged compared to the photo). Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be fully processed and appear in your account.
