Our delivery service covers all of Austin and areas within a 20-mile radius. Currently, we offer weekend deliveries to ensure you’re available to receive your items.
How it Works
Find & Purchase
Browse for items on ThriftBig, then visit the local thrift store to view and purchase them in person. You can also buy additional items not listed on ThriftBig. We only offer delivery for items you’ve personally seen and bought at the store.
Schedule Delivery
After your purchase in store, schedule delivery through this page. We’ll connect you with one of our vetted drivers. Currently, deliveries are arranged for weekends to ensure availability. The driver will provide a quote, and if you’re satisfied, you can confirm the delivery directly with them.
Receive Your Items
On your scheduled delivery day, the driver will contact you before arrival. Be sure to be available at your doorstep to receive your items. If you need extra services, like moving furniture inside, you can arrange this separately with the driver.
Providing Pickup Authorization
You must provide the driver with the necessary receipts or documents to authorize them to pick up your item from the store on your behalf, or you need to be present when your item is picked up. It is your responsibility to coordinate with the thrift store on how they will release the item to the driver if you are not there during the pickup.
